Regulatory Rating

Care homes across Wales undergo robust assessment against four core themes, namely, Well-being, Care and support, Environment, and Leadership and management. Under the Regulated Services (Inspection Ratings) (Wales) Regulations 2025, Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) awards ratings for each of the four key inspection themes using a four-point scale: Excellent, Good, Needs Improvement, or Poor.

Our last CIW inspection took place on 19 May 2026 and have been awarded GOOD rating on all four areas. Please click to view or download the INSPECTION REPORT
